1. Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 2 business days.

• Pre-orders will be shipped on or after the launch date (1st March).​

 
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery​

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.​

• Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic: 14 days

  • International: 21 days

3. Tracking & Notifications

• Once shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

4. Lost or Delayed Shipments

• We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers.

• If your package is lost, please contact us, and we’ll assist in filing a claim.
